Worked with Paulo and picked up the car today. Turn around was extremely quick. Great value for the work done. Got turned down by a few shops because of the intricacies, but they took up the challenge and my vehicle looks like it rolled off the showroom floor. My and my husband’s vehicles were severely damaged during a hail storm. Fortunately for us, Dax was in the community offering estimates. We took him up on his offer; and, thankfully, he was able to provide us with a loner vehicle while our vehicles were being repaired. At that time, I never thought I would need that loner to attend the funeral of a relative in another state, the very next week. The storm could have been crippling for us; but thanks to the amazing customer service of Veteran Dent Repair, we were able to fulfill our personal and financial (work) obligations, almost as if the damage experienced never occurred. Hail on the hood, side scratches, dull color due to it being a 2016 model and they simply fixed it without changing any parts for a new one.
